EWTO introduction



The EWTO, the 'Europäische WingTsun Organisation' (foundet in 1976), is the European branch of the 'International WingTsun Association', short the IWTA. The leading of the EWTO has Dai-Sifu Keith R. Kernspecht, 10e meestergraad. The EWTO has only in West-Europa at this moment already 2.000 WT schools installed with more than 150.000 registred members.

The names 'Leung Ting-system', 'WingTsun' and also the official abbreviation 'WT' are protected by law (as registered Trademark). The different divergent  name spellings, as e.g. Wing Chun (WC) or Ving Tsun (VT) etc. can simply not give any quality guaranty due to their name variation, beacause everybody is allowed to use them also without qualification and special knowledge for own publications and training purposes. Thus only there where 'WT' is labeled on it, is also really ggm Leung Ting's 'WingTsun' in!

Acknowledged experiences experts of for example security services, special international police- and anti-terrorist teams as the Hostage Rescue Team of the FBI, the US marines, DEA, NOCS, RAID, GSG9, SEK, BGS, Koninklijke Marechaussee, AT, GIP etc. etc. consider WingTsun as being the probably most realistic and most effective battle approach available.
